1. Services Provided
We provide professional truck dispatch services including:
- Load searching
- Rate negotiation
- Broker/carrier communication
- Document handling
- Invoicing assistance
- Back-office support
We do NOT provide:
- Freight brokerage
- Transportation services
- Insurance
- Compliance services (unless stated)
2. Client Requirements
To receive dispatch services, carriers must provide:
- Valid MC/DOT authority
- Active insurance
- W-9 form
- Dispatch agreement & limited power of attorney
- Equipment details
3. Fees & Payments
- Fees are charged as per the agreement (percentage or flat rate).
- Payment is due weekly or as stated in your dispatch contract.
- Late payments may result in service suspension.
- Additional services may incur separate fees.
4. No Guarantee of Loads
We do our best to secure the highest-paying loads based on your preferences.
However, we do not guarantee load availability or specific rates.
5. SMS Policy
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Meqy Dispatch LLC, you agree to the following terms:

Clients are responsible for:

- Safely transporting freight
We are not responsible for:
- Cargo damage
- Delays
- Accidents
- DOT violations
- Driver behavior
7. Use of Website
You agree not to:
- Misuse or hack the website
- Upload harmful files
- Use automated tools to scrape data
- Interfere with website performance
8. Intellectual Property
All website content—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is owned by MEQY DISPATCH LLC.
You may not copy or distribute without written permission.
9. Termination
We may terminate dispatch services if:
- Payments are overdue
- False information is provided
- Misconduct or abuse occurs
- Agreement terms are violated
- You may terminate service anytime with written notice.
10. Limitation of Liability

- Lost revenue
- Delays
- Missed loads
- Broker cancellations
- System outages
- Errors caused by third-party providers
- Your use of our services is at your own risk.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where our company is registered.
